If you have an ESR meter you could test the electro's while in-circuit. But good practice for reliability is to replace all electro's in the supply.  |

It sounds like the powersupply or filter capacitors are drying out. Are you able to replace them? |

i have a problem with a toshiba 28" model 2500XM.we i turn it on there is a buzznoise for about 2 - 3 minutes and then its ok.help me please. |
