If you have an ESR meter you could test the electro's while in-circuit. But good practice for reliability is to replace all electro's in the supply. Smile

It sounds like the powersupply or filter capacitors are drying out. Are you able to replace them?

i have a problem with a toshiba 28" model 2500XM.we i turn it on there is a buzznoise for about 2 - 3 minutes and then its ok.help me please.
