Oops, yes I did mean CQY80NG. Thanks for the links. Farnell do stock it at 15p Smile

but then its £15.95 p&p and a minimum order of £20 Sad

It's made by vishay semiconductor . Go to their site & should be able to find a supplier in UK. www.vishay.com

Mouser electronics in USA stocks it----very cheap item.

I am looking for a CQY80GN Optocoupler with Phototransistor Output to fix my TV. Does anyone know of any component suppliers? I have tried RS, Farnell and Maplins but none of them stock a CQY80GN, any ideas?
