l would like to seek help to anybody out here for the service manual stated above.
Need it badly for the troubleshooting my TV.

OR

Anybody out here know how to repair this fault.

Picture perfectly ok but Tuner sound low and mix with hiss sound.
AV input sound and Pict ok.
