Hi..normally protection cause by short circuit at low voltage power supply..pls locate 2 voltage regulator IC =====> 5V & 12V and check with multimeter..Normally ragulator have 3 pin...Pin 1 is input voltage..Pin 2 is ground..and Pin 3 is output voltage..check with multimeter ohm 1k===>Pin 1 & 2, Pin 2 & 3...If short that mean ragulator need to replaced..Good Luck.. |

| Good morning guys.
I have one dvd player samsung model ht120 wich is stuck in stand by. When i switch it on appear one message on the display "protection" and go to stand by again. Somebody can help me? Thanks |
