I don't understand. The out signal is linar with the speed of the motor means that the higher the rotation the higher the output voltage. The encoder/IC appear to work properly.

I baute a used HITACHI motor it has a shaft encoder - like the one in the mouse that the mouse ball runs -.
It -the shaft encoder- has 4 wires (Vcc GND & Signal GND) which are conected to an Ic whos number is not in any catalog.
By trial and error knew which is which, but the out signal is linar with the speed of the motor.
so how can i know the correct Vcc? Shocked
