| My 15-month-old son somehow got his hand into my older HP DeskJet 6550 and pulled out a thin plastic strip, with a grid printed on it. My guess is, it's a printhead alignment guide of some sort.
Can this be put back in, or is the printer toast? Before this incident, it worked great. Thanks --ani |
