Try this to disable department management functions:
with the power off press and hold the 0 and the 8 keys together while holding these two keys turn the power on.After wait is gone from display key in 629 and press the start button change the current value to 0 and press enter on the display.Cycle the power and see if this works.If not post again and I will tell you the more involved method.Good luck. |

| I have bought a used e-studio 35 and it asks for department code for copying--how can I reset it to work without department codes, or reset the department codes to new ones? |
