| It is component failure. More than likely it has bad capacitors, they are surface mounted. We usually ended up changing 20 or more to restore camera. |

Hi,
I just purchased a JVC Gr-M5U Camcorder at a thrift store. It is the VHS-C format and the image in the view finder is negative. It also records on the tape in the same "negative" mode. Is this a setting or a componet failure? Any help would be appreciated. |
