| this means that it has no connection to the video card. try checking the connections properly. |

nothing to do with the EEPROM. |

| i have this aoc 4vn monitor. the unit powers up ok, but the screen is blank and all 8 function leds are lit. could it be an mcu or eeprom problem? |
