A little while back we too have purchased a JVC AV27D304 and now we are experiencing problems with the color saturation and brightness.

I was wondering if I too can get a copy of the service manual.

TO ENTER THE SERVICE MENU
Press the [SLEEP TIMER] key and set the SLEEP TIMER
for "0 MIN".
Then press the [DISPLAY] key and [VIDEO STATUS] key
of the remote control unit at the same time to enter the
SERVICE MENU screen.

I am looking for a service manual for a JVC AV-27D304 television. More specifically, I am looking for how to enter into the service menu on the remote control to adjust the RED color (there is too much).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
