Rather a special Mosfet made by siliconix & fairchild & not easily subbed.

Not sure of mapline but in europe Donberg shows it

i need to replace a mosfet in a backlight inverter,

what can i replace it with?

is there anything i could get from Maplin http://www.maplin.co.uk/ that would work?
