Hi, I was given a sharp sx-80h9 to repair. I am quite a beginner at this.

the owner told me it had happened before and it was one simple component to fix.

when you plug it in the standby light lights up at the front. if you try to turn it on you hear a relay click, then 2 seconds latrer click again. no picture.

I opened it up and found that a 7 pin ic mounted to a large heatsink had exploded its insides everywhere, unfortunately including any part numbers. so I have no idea what this part is.
the number R0220PE was stamped onto the heatsink. the part had obviously been replaced before because the screw holding it onto the heatsink had not been tightened and there were repairs to tracks underneath that had lifted due to the heat.

can anyone give me an idea of what this part is or a model number to go buy another one?

if anyone has a circuit diagram for this tv as well that would be of help
