Thanks for the replies. I found that R7716 (1.8 Ohm 1W, fusible resistor) is open. This resistor is in the Blue Vertical part of the ciruit. I have ordered the part along with more STK392's. I don't know if this resistor is causing all of the problems I am seeing, but I will find out in a day or two. I ordered the extra 392's just in case the ones I installed ealier were defective. |

Just red the ones around it to make sure. 2 watts. |

Check the resistors by the ic's, should be 2.2 ohms. Under the heat sink. |

I have a Toshiba 50H72 that has a convergence problem. The Blue looks stretched and bent (octave) and the red looks compressed, these are both compared to the green. I replace the STK392 with Sanyo (according to the vendor). The problem still exists. Can someone tell me the location (R???) of the power resistors and mocro fuses? Thanks, Clay |
