Shorted ceramic capacitors are very unusual, especially at those voltage ratings, but it could happen. If you measured them (out of circuit) and they are indeed shorted, then change them before doing anything else.

Without looking at a service manual, it's impossible to point you in the right direction as far as which electrolytic capacitor might be bad, except that it should be somewhere around the flyback transformer. What I usually do is just check every electrolytic with an ESR meter, that way I won't have any surprises a month or two later. You could change every capacitor in that area of the board for less than $ 25, they are cheap.

Hey dear thanks for your advice. But I think u r talking about an electrolytic capacitor but i don't think there's an electrolytic capacitor near the HOT transistor, which value it might be most of the time ? anyhow i will check. Until now What i found faulty equipments are I found 2 ceramic capacitors. 1 big & 1 medium ( 514K 500V & 683K 200v) they were shorted I a m going to check them. So now can u plz advice me that can they be the problem & also tell me more about the capacitor near the flyback Or HOT.
