Low Volts on the smoothy big cap this usually means the big cap is bad you can cross it with a good oneand see if volts ge right.it also can be rectifiers, surge resistor, or choke,on/off switch,or mains filter parts,or tranformer. |

|
Model : Beko 14" 12.7 Chassis
Problem : Strong smell.
The set plays with no problem (good picture and sound), no apparent problem but a strong smell comes out of the set. Opened the tv and i can see line filter (L701) overheated and a little smoke. Changed the line filter and the problem persists. B+ has 79-80V when playing (instead of 107 that the manual says) Stand by is 1.1V (when on standby).
Thanks in advance!! |
