| If you have misplaced the owners manual it is no big deal just hold down the tamper proof button on the remote for 4 seconds and the light should go off and the tv will work normally. |

| My tenant just left behind the same TV-VCR with the tamper-proof blinking and TV won't turn on. Any way to get it off? Model # is 13VT-L100, manufactured May, 1999. Thanks! |
