Hello Guys,

Do any of you guys have a service manual for Sony TV model:
KV-21TDR1? Please send it to this address [email protected]. I am trying to find why does it take several times to power on our TV. And after few times of pressing Power On button it will work again as if you need to let the current circulate first to make it work. I notice while pressing many times the power-button for almost two minutes the Power Regulator IC was a bit warm. And the rest of ICs for Vertical Output and Horizontal output were still cold. And when its already ok and working all of the ICs were warm so maybe that goes to show that current already is flowing in all of the stages of the circuit board. This problem always occur at cold start.

Or any of you have any idea what could be the possible problem to this.
I already tested the Capacitors at the Primary side of PS and they were ok. But, I am planning to replace the Capacitors if its available in the nearby Electronic Shops. I already resoldered the power ICs and parts that were at least cold soldered but the same problem. For sure its not the power transistors and ICs that are responsible. Resistors may not be. So capacitors most likely the problem but which one.
