Only put the soldering iron on each cap for a few seconds and obviously remove it before you switch on. |

C2523 6.8uf can cause this. Also thyristor 6641. Try putting a soldering iron on the end of each capacitor then switch on the set. This usually finds the culprit.

The set trips immediately if turned "ON" in cold state. If the set is kept in Tripped state ( Supply ON, Set Tripped) for about 5-6 minutes and then it is turned "ON" the set operates perfectly. There is no other problem. I suspect some capacitor to be leaky. Kindly suggest remidial measures.
