| Replace C305 2.2@50 and any other red caps in the vertical. |

| you need to check and to change capacitors right next to vertical ic, and i think maybe a red capacitor right beside jungle ic(could be 2.2/50v).this model might not have this cap near jungle but check, it is only red cap there. |

| Check and desable CC on the menu some tvs have a black bar when sutitles show on the sreen so can reed better on brighter pictures ,you can use the text with it or without. |

| Hi I have Toshiba tv maybe ~2000 year ~26 inches and every time i turn it on, the screen has this big black line on bottom around 6-7 inches and its fades away slowly while the tv is working. Any suggestions what might be the problem and how to fix it?? ty |
