| Hi, Can anyone help in the following issues. We have about 35 nos. set of "Ishikawa beat max loom machine". At present about 10 nos are out of order due to its internal faulty cards/circuits boards. As per investgation it is found that the cards are made by Toshiba and total figure fautly card is about 150. We dont have contact information of any local technical support team. Now we would like purchase/repair that faulty cards. Can you please help me in this regard? I am waiting for your feedback. For understanding please find the name of cards and few reference no those are written in the PCB board are as follows: 1. Elo drive/RA drive: a) 2P1911K/ Toshiba-2J3K2143-D/ TB2XTA00204/ RDID-2143B/ 2N3K2143-D7. b) Toshiba-RD1C-2138/ 2j3k2138-E/ RD1C-2138A/ 2N3K2138-E. C) Toshiba-M G15J6ES1 2. PS-24: R2240TAU/COSEL 3. PS-12: R2120TAU/0R032 4. PS-30: KM03020TBU/5K122-1 5. Fillar card: VF-101MC 6. ELO PCB: 3-007534G 7. Clutch card: CSM-70IRB/ 3-003203G/ E-0704 8. I pulled the schematic and Toshiba does not supply a way to trouble shoot the sustain boards to component level. Back to square one. Board replacement. You can call Toshiba and see if PTS can repair these boards. That's about it. |

| Hi, These are out of warranty repairs, the PDP,s are fine as I have tested them with working cards, one the cards seems to have a short circuit in the energy recovery circuit and the other one only has the negitive half of the Y drive waveform no + 193v. All I need is the circuit diagram so I can fault find the boards. Regards, Richard. |

| Manufactory’s warranty? Replace the X and Y sustain and power supply. Is the fuse blown on the sustain board? Or is this an out of warranty fix? | |
