If the Y sustain board failed again you can assume 2 things. Either you need to replace the power supply or the panel is bad. What did they give you for a reason that it blew again?

The repairman said that the Y coupling was bad tried and replaced it. Then he was setting the convergence and the Y coupling blew again saying the Y Driver Board was the one that caused the blowout?

The guy is charging me $550 for the part upfront I already put a $130 deposit and $450 for the labor.

I had this monitor connected to my PC with a ATI Radeon X850 Video Card. I wanted to overclock the card with this software ATITools. I made adjustments with the core by underclocking below <300-200Mhz (was playing around) and a few seconds later something inside the monitor blew. So I took the monitor in for repairs and 4 months later they said that they fixed it but blew again saying that the "Y Driver Board" was bad?
