| Trying to find out what is wrong with my RCA Guide plus F36669. The picture turns to "fuzz" while watching. The only way to correct the problem is turn the TV power on and then off until the picture shows up. Sometimes you will get the picture back after a while and sometimes not. Is this a Tuner problem? Let me know if you want more information.
