| Have you looked to see if any of the resistors or capacitors have blown |

| Yeah i checked for that and didnt find anything or any solder bridges for that matter. |

Have you looked for any fry joints on all the boards, it could be as simple as that hopefully.

| I have an audiovox under counter cd player that will not turn on. The transformer is putting out 15 volts to the mainboard. Any ideas on what to check next or how to repair would be helpful. |
