Hi, I've got a burned out SOD123 zener diode labelled 'D100' on the primary PCB of a Hannstar HSD190ME12A10 panel from an LG L1917s LCD monitor. The diode's too charred to get a reference off and I've looked everywhere for a schematic for the panel no avail. Anyone know the value of this diode, or can give me an educated guess as to what I ought to replace it with?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - it's driving me mad!
