| YES,
the lead and pcb are burnt, corroded by being a bad connection, solder just runs off it! Clean the Metal, scrape clean with a knife if you have to! when the metal is clean it will solder. Tip! in desperation, if all else fails, Aluminum solder, with special flux will solder where others fail. Melvyn. |

| Hello i found a couple of dry joints in my palsonic tv. when i tried to resolder the joint my new solder "sucked off" the existing solder leaving no solder around the tag at all. have you seen this before and how do i resolder the joint | |
