you need to probably adjust screen and focus controls on focus pack.these are separate from high voltage splitter.it has 6 pots or controls on marked r,g,b,(screen and focus).also maybe in case someone has moved them adjust delta lens focus on top of each picture tube.

Dust on the lens, also check your G2/screen setting and your focus settings. There on the same block.

Well, I found this 46" RCA projection tv out by an old dumpster, and it was in REALLY nice shape, so I went ahead and adopted it, thinking I might get lucky and be an easy fix. I took it apart and it turns out the high voltage splitter was arcing to ground, and once I replaced it with a $30 replacement, bada bing, it worked, sort of.

The picture is REALLY fuzzy, and when I go to the menu screen, you can barely tell the menu is even up, much less read what the options are. The picture looks 'ok', just really fuzzy. Dust on the projection lamps maybe? Any ideas?
