Pleasee.. help me my DVD player can't read any disc.even I had replace the Optical pickup.

The MPEG Card have :
1.ic Chip : Sunplus SPHE6300A.( U1)
2.ic Chip : Sunplus SPHE8200A.( U9 ).
3.mark at the corner of pcb : WED-S8200.

The player have a VGA output port,2 Joystick port for game.

R4 and R8 was burned......near of the CN10 (ribbon cable from optical).

How I can FIX it up ?
