If you're so concerned about the manufacturer's rights, why don't you go to the manufacturer and try to get a service manual from them?
Their going to tell you just what I'm gonna tell you.

This thing doesn't power up, has 13 & 5 voltages going to 'puter board. Nada-out.
It was going into the infamous circuit-protection; until, just doesn't power up anymore. Re-flowed "cold solder" PCB's & no improvement. Still no power...
Any code I should know?
