| that model of sony suffers from eeprom corruption, the set may have reverted to non uk spec, enter the service mode, when "TT--" is displayed on screen press 24 on the remote then standby, if that doesnt work next likely fault is the "MSP" ic on the small upright pcb, make sure you fit the correct sony version as a replacement will NOT work | |

| No sound on this one, just hiss. Sound is ok through scart channel so looks like an IF fault. Any help appreciated.
