if your picture looks like 3 colors separated.you need to replace 2 convergence ics(stk392-040) and check 2 pico fuses(3.5a).also check all 3.9 ohm resistors near ics.

I'm sorry, yes, it is a horrible picture, but I couldn't get a still one. I really need help, if you need anymore
information about the TV or whats wrong please let me know, I just need to do whatever I have to to be
able to fix it. Oh ya, and here's the TV info. It's a 2001 Samsung Model No. HCL4715W its 41". On it it says
HDTV 1080i Monitor, and under the model no. on the back it lists this: AC120V, 60Hz 230W. I don't know if
that will help any, but I hope someone knows what is wrong.
