| Were the imaging units in the machine when it was shipped, or were they removed ? If they were removed, and not protected from the daylight, they may have become permanently damaged.
You could try and print a page of text in each of the 4 colour (yellow , magenta, cyan and black) to see if all or just a couple of them are affected. |

| My bizhub c350 was just shipped cross country and it keeps producing blurry colors on the top half of a page in the vertical direction. All colors except yellow and black are affected. The fuser unit is new in the machine, I have to check the belt. Otherwise I have done what the service manual says, also reset and stabilize the machine, tried adjusting fuser speed, but nothing seems to fix it.
Do you think the problem is the imaging units for cyan and magneta? Please share your thoughts. Thanks. |
