I need diagram for Nec multisynec E700
or someone help me to solve that problem

the monitor startup good,all data seen no trouble,
when restart PC. no data on the screen,go to work again after sometime and so on,when restart, no data
Note:
the pin1 on line has 58v when work,no volt when not work
the windows frecuancy decreased by 60hz,also do the same as befor
replace the c5411 with the same one also,do the as before
