hi bob i have a 6p5451 c102 chassis ptz750 with the same problem, i open the rear of the panel and found a resiter that was burnt, it was located at L 417, the thing is i can tell the value of this resiter do to the fact that it was burned to a crisp, if you read this i would like to know the value ( color stripes on resiter ) any help would be welcomed, thanks
