| Remove the screws from the hinge covers (back of computer)
Lift the hinge covers and connected plate. The keyboard will now slide towards back of the computer remove the two screw under the keyboard remove plate and gasket disconnect the ribbon cable However, you will not be able to access anything through the keyboard. It has one of the liquid catches there |

| I'm trying to repair a broken power socket on a Twinhead Efio! 2617PTK / P14N laptop and to get access I need to remove the keyboard from the base of the machine. I have removed every screw that I can see and I still can't get the keyboard to come away. I have searched (googled) the Internet and I can't find a service manual for it. Does anyone know if there a trick to opening this machine? Or any other ideas?
