Hi "Guest",
my source: wikipedia.de, two different tables saying the same:
1 Silver best natural conductor
2 copper
3 Gold
4 aluminium
etc.
your source please?
*flame on* i, at least, know that i know nothing, so i look things up if im not 100% certain, or else say something like "i think" "i belive" "i gues" "imho" etc. you, in contrast, you behave like you know exactly what your talking about, but thats absolutly not my impression*flame off*

Copper is NOT a better conductor than gold. |

Hi,
Copper transports electricity better then gold.
Silver is even better.
but copper gains oxids on surfaces that meet air, and then it goes a little bad, whitch is why contacts are often gold-plated.
Hope i could be of help.

If you're asking what is the best metal for conductivity of electricity, then Gold and then Platinum is the answer.
