I solved the problem to some extent by changing the slots. Ie; I exchanged the slots. Now only flash drives are not detected.

Do you know if the same make/model of extra USB controller card works well in other computers? Make sure that you use drivers that really are intended for your operating system and that you have the latest version of those drivers. Study the add-on card vendor's and the chipset vendor's websites to see if there are any known incompatibilities.
Also, if you have many PCI add-on cards in the computer, make sure that there is no resource conflict (shared IRQs or something like that).

My PC is fitted an extra card having 2 USB slots in it. While I connect some devices on to the slots of extra fitted card, the devices are not detected. While connecting the device on the USB port that came with the motherboard, there is no problem. What should be the reason for this?
