After powering on and video being perfect for five to ten minutes, the picture starts rolling. Maybe its an oscillater problem. Could anyone help me?
I know on very old crt sets there was a vertical hold control which could be used to stabilize the oscillator and stop the picture from rolling. Any ideas hon how i can handle this baby? |
