| Flash eproms are manufactured by most large semiconductor companies. I.e. AMD, Intel, ST Microelectronics, Renesas (ex-Hitachi), Freescale (ex-Motorola), Samsung, Hynix (ex-Hyundai), Winbond, SSI, Infineon (ex-Siemens) etc.
Just note that the prefix letters (AT in your case) are different for each manufacturer, and there might be small other differences to, usually those differences are nothing to bother about but is always best to carefully read the datasheets for both the original type and the replacement type. You should if possible download the datasheets directly from the manufacturer's website, as the datasheets found in other archives on the internet are often old issues. |

I need to know if anybody else know where I can get a Flash eprom at? because here is the number I got from Atmel AT29C256-70PI or AT29C512-70PI who else makes these Eprom's? |
