That did it, I removed the bad cap and all is right again with the world. Thanks for your help.

Per Hitachi, lose the cap. You don't need it. If the HOT checks good it's should be fine. |

I've got the same set with the same blown c724 cap. The HOT tests OK with my multimeter. I'm not finding any other bad parts.
Is it recommended to replace Q7111 (the HOT) when replacing C724?

No power on and no high voltage caused by leaky C724 next to HOT and when it came on found C632 in the vertical section bas as well.
