| hope you discharged the smoother cap b4 you started arsing about. take it to a professional as the advice you have been given may not be correct.
the value of the resistor can vary between set sizes/4:3/16:9 variants.could be a dry joint on quite a few of the caps, often the cap is damaged. need a capacitance meter to check it. may be the E/W diodes too!!! where are these parts you ask????? look at the e/w stage you muppet!!!! then the circuit reference is also labelled on the board. a little advice to idiots can be very dangerous. those who know should be very careful about advising people like you. take it to a repair shop before you cause permanent damage to yourself or the tv |

| my screen is tiny now and the side seems to be missing.
ive read a few tips on repairing this and most seem to say its a dry joint on the e/w circuit normally c630, and replacing the r629 seems to fix it but i cant find these joints on the board can anyone tell me where they are |
