| I have seen this so many times- the IHVT(Lopt-flyback) fails from the repeated stress of startup- usually the little mongrels also turn the volume up & down- THESE CONSUMER GOODS WERE NEVER DESIGNED FOR THIS ABUSE!!!!> If you can manage to find someone stupid enuff to take this repair on, & @ you have paid royally for the repair, I suggest you put a cage around the set!!!> | |

My 17 month old was apparently allowed to repeatedly turn my 36" pioneer crt on and off today... and now it won't turn on anymore  The model is CT-3653, it's only 3 years old.
