| Adobe reader for the pdf --- I prefer IZarc to decompress ( has to be one of the best free utilities for zip, rar,etc) |

| Almost all the ones I've seen so far>>>> first unpack/unrar, then it is usually a pdf file ---provided the "RaR" is not corrupt |
