| You didn't put a model, put a new fuse in and unplug the convergence board and plug it in. If the fuse doesn't blow your convergence power supply needs to be fixed. |

| check the value of the fuse, it is engraved on the board,and why you need to unplug from the wall? just get a new fuse and use the front buttom to power on and off or the remote, instead of to unpug and plug the cord,some times when you fit the plug in the outet it kinda makes a short and spark and if the fuse is old or not same factory oem,can cause it to blow. |

56" RCA HDTV rear projection. TV is 3 years old. As soon as I plug it into the wall, the fuse blows black. Unplugged wiring on the front board where power plug is connected and fuse didn't blow. So the problem lies somewhere after that first board.
Any ideas where to start looking? |
