Unless someone knows any different, sounds like you may have to contact them? Most manufacturers have some sort of coding designed more as an anti-theft measure--- I do remember "eclipse" brand was rather difficult to deal with... may want to read a prev thread or repost in the "unlock" thread.

| i have a eclipse 5423 cd player and it dont work it has some kind of lock on it...it wont play cds or even play the radio...all it say on it is SEC and then a whole bunch of numbers below it! if u know how to take it off...TELL ME!!! |
