| Check the CRT board, I'm thinking R3340, not sure, 200 volt line, the resistor opens. Cause the set to come on w/blue screen w/retrace and shuts down. 10 ohm 1 watt. |

| If it's a picture tube set change the blue tube It also might be a film Resistor |

| I have a Magnavox 27" TV model # 27ms343s . When I turn on the Tv the sounds works fine but all I get is a blue screen with lines in it. You can barely see the image form the channel. You can see the volume bar barely but it gets really brite in about 3 seconds then turns off. I have taken it apart and have clue what to look for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |
