It came out of a Power Kinetics US2050 (500VA) UPS (24V battery).
There are 3 transistors in parallel per side of the transformer.
This transistor is OK; however I am after data for this particular device.

Not sure if you are trying to find a replacement or just want to know what it is?

Looks like some sort of a "house number" made by ST--- probably used for several OEM manufacturers of consumer electronic(more likely chineese?)

What is it out of? If you are able to check & confirm it being a transistor, more than likely it is ok.

I am looking for a datasheet for a ST "PK030S" transistor. It is in a TO-3PF package, and has an internal diode between collector and emitter.
This particular device is a regular NPN transistor, not a Darlington.
