R607 is a start. Q601 and Q607 2SC4834 need to be replaced. The horizontal out put needs to be checked for a short, then you need to solder up the horizontal drive transformer. Then your set will be fixed.

When beginning troubleshooting a tv that has become damaged by lightning, it is important to know which way the surge voltage entered the set. Was it via the electrical mains, via the antenna, or via auxiliary equipment connected to the tv?
A good clue can be to look for other lightning damage in the same house.

Is R607 open? It's a white resistor by Q601 and Q602.

You also should look up; d603,d606,d607,d608,r616,r617
