Dear All,
Need an advice on smth happenning to my TV.
It's a widescreen tele. Sony-28HX15U When we watch original 4:3 programmes from Sky I've noticed some geometrical distortions in
size and shape of things on the screen. If you've got smth moving across
the screen then its size will be smaller near the edges of screen and bigger
in the middle of the screen. The best way to see it - when switching to
Bloomberg or CNBC where you've got these shares indexes running
across the screen. Letters/words get stretched in the centre of the field
and squeezed close to the edges. Sort of WAVES effect. Quite annoying
and visible. What's this? My tv's fault or this particular model's fault?
Can I fix it myself or need an engineer? Please help. Will really appreciate
any feedback.
