...Just stating the obvious here...
Contact RCA support. On a TV this new, they should be more than willing to help.

hey all,
i had a question regarding a tv problem i've never really seen before. my 1 1/2 year old son was messing around with the buttons on his grandma's tv (RCA tru flat 20f511t.) according to my wife he hit the tv/video and the power button at the same time. the tv picture went black but the red power light remained on. when i attempt to turn the tv on with the power button there is no picture coming on. the light remains on. i told her to unplug it overnight and see what happens if it cools off. is this a fuse? is that an easy fix? i have experience with cars and with some electronics and conisder myself somewhat handy. any ideas much appreciated. |
Does it say made in china on the back? |
