First thing to is checking ESR,or replacing most of the caps in the power supply,and in the horizontal and vertical circuit.and hope for the better,one should never leave a tv that long without at least plugged in ,and at least to turn it on once a month. |

After having it stored in a dry heated basement for ten years I decided to re-use a 27 inches Panasonic TV. After connecting it , it just wont turn on. Fuse is ok voltage gets in.
Any idea anybody ?
